An app that lifted repeat purchase by 41%
Fash Focused drop new ranges every week. Their website could not tell a returning customer that the thing they wanted was back in stock, so we built something that could.

Where Fash Focused started.
Fash Focused release small runs every week and most of them sell through in days. Their best customers were checking the site several times a day to catch a drop, and email was too slow for a range that goes in under 48 hours.
Paid social was carrying almost all of the acquisition, and the cost of a first order kept climbing. The business needed the second and third order to do more of the work.
Three moves that made the difference.
Built the app on the Shopify catalogue
One product source and one inventory truth. The team publish a drop once and it appears on the site and in the app, with no second admin to maintain.
Push journeys tied to drops and sizes
Customers follow a size, not just a brand. A restock in their size sends one notification, capped at two a week, so the channel stays worth opening.
Moved retention spend off paid social
With push and email looking after returning customers, the Meta account was rebuilt around prospecting only, lowering the cost of each new customer.
Where it is going next.
Klaviyo flows were rebuilt around app behaviour, and a loyalty tier with early access is being tested for the new season.
